Town Square Launches iPhone App

Town Square is staying in tune with what shoppers want this holiday season and is launching its own interactive application for Apple’s iPhone, iPod and iPad users. The free application is available for download at Apple’s iTunes store or at http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/town-square/id404929057?mt=8.

“Town Square is the first shopping center in Las Vegas to develop an application for the iPhone,” said Steve Sorge, CEO for Mobile Fringe, developer of the Town Square iPhone application. “The mobile phone is turning into the preferred way people want to receive new information especially for retail needs.”

The application allows users to check current store sales and promotions, learn about center events, explore the dining and store directory, find convenient parking and plan each visit with the interactive center map.

“Consumers are on the go more than ever and as a result they are changing the way they shop,” said Mary Kathryn Wells, director of marketing for Town Square. “Mobile phones are becoming the go to device for savvy shoppers who are looking for the best deals during the holiday season. The Town Square iPhone App will make access to store promotions via an iPhone convenient and easy.”

Inglot Opens Third U.S. Store at Town Square

Polish-based cosmetics company Inglot is furthering its expansion into the United States with a third store opening at Town Square (6605 Las Vegas Blvd South). The store opened on October 16 and houses more than 1,500 colors for the face, eyes, eyebrows, lips and nails.

A playground for makeup mavens and newcomers, Inglot features a Freedom System that allows guests to mix and match its endless shades and color combinations to create a look that best suits them. Guests can explore 450 lip pigments, 550 eye shades, 300 facial hues and 300 nail colors. Inglot is located next to Apple and across from Brio Tuscan Grille.

New Furniture Collections at Robb & Stucky

Robb & Stucky Interiors, recent winner of five Aurora Awards for excellence in interior design, has added four exclusive, new furniture collections at the showroom in Town Square Las Vegas.

Senior executives of Robb & Stucky Interiors have directed the design of the four collections.  Renowned furniture designer John Black created two of the four new collections for Robb & Stucky Interiors: City Place and Monterey.

In the relaxed lifestyle category, Elements uses natural materials of walnut, fossil, stone and leather.  City Place is a contemporary line with classic mid 20^th-century influences – clean design and sophisticated embellishments, with a creative use of exotic materials.  Monterey uses Asian alder wood and contemporary gun metal hardware accents mixed with natural wicker and linen.  SoHo is an urban collection using quartered white oak.  Smaller in scale, it is perfect for condominiums or second homes and is available in light and dark woods.

It may look scary (or fun, depending on your perspective), but don’t fret. Those planes will land exactly where they are supposed to land. Don’t let the noise ruin your shopping.
3. Town Square was designed to look like a charming downtown area. This includes sidewalks that are not stiletto-friendly. Wear your more sensible shoes. Or better yet, find a handsome man to hold onto.
4. Check out everyone else. Town Square Las Vegas is a great spot for people watching. Tourists and locals alike show off their fashion sense.
