Second Hand & Thrift
There are many second hand and thrift stores across the Las Vegas Valley area. Listed below are the Go Shop Vegas Favorites.
SECOND HAND AND THRIFT
Savers
Savers is a strong Go Shop Vegas Favorite. Bargains vary from store to store. Sometimes Savers knows what it has. For example, they seem to be familiar with brands like Michael Kors, DKNY, Guess and popular junior brands. So, you won’t find these labels at dirt cheap prices. However, they don’t seem to be familiar with all brands. Some of the bargains we’ve found in the past include Guiseppe Zanotti shoes for under $8, a Kate Spade cosmetic bag for only 99 cents and a Tod’s wallet for a mere dollar. Dig with patience and you will discover treasures galore. Plus, there are five fabulous locations to choose from. Special holiday sales normally around Memorial Day and Labor Day include 50% savings and special store hours. Normal hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 9 pm and Sundays from 10 am to 7 pm.

Opportunity Village
Another Go Shop Vegas Favorite is Opportunity Village. There are so many reasons to love this thrift store. With diligence and perserverence you can score some major finds like Salvatore Ferragamo shoes for under $5 or a Moschino scarf for 99 cents. Plus, shopping here benefits a local Las Vegas nonprofit organization.
NOTE: The Opportunity Village Thrift Store is temporarily closed due to a fire. This Las Vegas charity needs your help finding donated space while they rebuild. If you know of a retail space that can be donated, please contact the group at 702-259-3700.
Charleston Outlet
Ignore the word “outlet.” This is really a thrift store, and a pretty good one at that. There’s a very small vintage section that is always worth a gander, but the boutique section is where you’ll find the real treasures. Dresses by Catherine Malandrino in pristine condition and marked for only $50 have been found there in the past. Their handbags and shoes are always worth a look, too. Plus, this thrift store is conveniently located near the Savers on East Charleston and Opportunity Village, making it a great addition to a planned day of thrifting.

Assistance League® Thrift Shop
Go Shop Vegas loves when proceeds from a thrift store benefit a charitable organization, and this Summerlin adjacent second hand store does just that. This Thrift Shop is managed by and benefits the Assistance League® of Las Vegas, which is a 100% volunteer run organization dedicated to serving the needs of the Las Vegas community. Because it’s so close to Summerlin, many of the donations are pristine, fashionable and stylish. From elegant evening gowns to office attire to resort wear, you’ll find fantastic treasures and the merchandise is always changing. The store is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Remember, it’s a volunteer-run thrift store, so keep that in mind when shopping.

Deseret Industries
Another thrift store that benefits the community is Deseret Industries, whose mission is to raise money for vocational training. It’s clean and their selection often includes surprising designer labels at dirt cheap prices.
